Mary Bolingbroke and Sarah Chave will be holding a monthly gathering for the support and healing of our ancestry.
In these current times of war, global pandemic, enforced migration, resource scarcity, political unrest and ecological damage, it is hard not to feel over whelmed. Adding to the burden of distress is the resonance felt by our ancestors, brought to the surface by these situations and felt in us. Their griefs, pain and suffering is not dead and buried but alive in us, passed epigenetically and energetically echoing through the generations.
Death is the end of our physical body but it is most certainly not the end of our consciousness which continues as does the memory of long carried guilt, shame, joy, loss, and love. The role of the ancestry is to support the living but often these wounds stand in the way . An old Irish proverb says, ' The troubles in this world can only be healed in the other world and the troubles in the other world can only be healed in this world. So, we need them and they need us. We need to honour, respect and witness our departed relatives. We also need to do the same for ourselves. Looking at our epigenetic coding, we realise that much of what we feel isn't ours, it's been passed down through our family and community, genetically and through thoughts, feelings, habits and behaviors. As we resolve these patterns love flows more freely through the ancestral tree.
In this series of healing sessions we will begin by welcoming in the ancestry. This will be followed by participant led discussion and exploration and will end with a group ancestral healing led by Sarah and Mary. We do this by connecting to the shared field and collective ancestry enabling a two way communication, across dimensions to be re-established.
You and your ancestors are very welcome to join!
Mary Bolingbroke is a craniosacral osteopath with 30 years of practical and teaching experience. She also works as an Animal communicator and remote healer.
I've been interested in death and life after death since childhood when I asked my Mum what happened when people died, not only didn't she know but said no one else knew either. I was amazed that even the grown-ups didn't know! My first job at 16 was working on an archaeological site where it became apparent, I had a talent for excavating bones which culminated in my working in the plague pit of a Guildford church yard.
'If only these bones could talk' I used to think. Now, having been an osteopath for 30 years, I know they can. My other interest in life, possibly related to being a Gemini with Mercury as a ruling planet, is communication. The form of osteopathy I practice is like a silent conversation between myself and my client as I read their tissues but when I began treating horses I knew that even that wasn't enough so I did a course in Animal Communication. All this meant that by lockdown 2021 everything was in place for me to work remotely, communicating with and treating animals and humans. t's not a big step from there to connecting with the deceased and our ancestry.
Now, with the global, spiritual, ecological and astrological changes we are all experiencing, for me, the pieces of the puzzle have fitted together Healing, life, death, spirit, ancestry and communication.
Sarah Chave is an Accunect and Bodytalk practitioner with nearly 20 years experience of working with energy medicine. She is also an associate instructor of Universal Healing Tao and Accunect Self Care Instructor.
I did not start out wanting to be a therapist and was an artist for nearly a decade. When I was in my twenties my life took a dramatic turn as I traumatically lost my fiancée and baby. I felt such deep grief that I began withdrawing from life and the coping mechanisms that had served until this point in my life failed completely. As I stood on the beach the day my fiancée drowned it was the most profound spiritual experience of my life as I left the earth with him. On a human level I was totally devasted by this loss. I found that in our culture there were just not the tools to support my grief but also explain the spiritual transformation I had experienced. I have spent the last two decades healing my trauma and grief so that I can build a bridge between my spiritual and human experience to embody more of the divine in each moment.
For nearly 20 years I have worked as an energy medicine practitioner with Traditional Chinese Medicine based therapy (Accunect and Bodytalk). I assist to heal the grief and trauma of the loss of a loved one but also support the connection with and healing of our ancestry.
