CANCELLATION POLICY

 Please give at least 24 hours notice for any changes to or cancellation of your appointment. If prior notification is not given, you may be charged 50% for the missed appointment.  

• You can cancel or transfer to another course up to 21 days in advance with no charge.
• Always let us know as early as possible if it looks like you can't make the date you have booked
• Cancellations made 21 clear days before the course or less or no-shows are not entitled to a REFUND or FREE transfer to another course This is because you are paying for a particular course place which won't be filled if you cancel at short notice.
 

Course Booking Insurance:  When you book it might be worth taking out a course cancellation insurance or checking with your home insurance to see if you are covered in the event of a travel delay or travel failure, bereavement or illness of a close relative if you cancel at short notice. We feel meanies when we don't refund if you or your child are ill but we are a small business. So please insure yourself and tell us early if you can't make it.

If we need to cancel the course
Please be aware that courses occasionally have to be cancelled because of shortage of numbers, illness, venue issues/availability or other factors. Of course we will do our best not to. In fact it's really very rare. But it's worthwhile booking hotel rooms etc that can be cancelled. Please note that we're not liable for additional expenses. We will of course offer a full refund or to transfer to another course.
